Title: PlayingNow plugin with Unicode - when?

JRiver, I am using the great PlayingNow plugin (I recently paid the fee). The only problem is it does not support Unicode (e.g. some special Czech letters are not shown correctly). I asked in the Plugins forum and was told by James (RhinoBanga) that you own the code already so my question is: when do you plan to implement this (hopefully Unicode aware) plugin into MC core? Is there any chance it will make it into MC12? Or do we have to wait until version 13...?

Supporting Unicode across the board would, in general, be a good thing methinks....

This is on our list, but may be a ways down the road.

As an aside, everything included with the Media Center build is fully Unicode compatible.  PlayingNow is an addon.

Hm I see - so it means I need to wait and hope that once the PlayingNow will become included e.g. Unicode compatible... (3 months, 1 year?)
Yes I do agree that apart form this I have no problems in MC with special letters at all.

Thanks for the info anyway.
