As far as I know, there is no way to get external files in to MC as a 'podcast' or part of a podcast feed.  It has been asked as a feature request for podcasts downloaded outside of MC.  Since you already have the files in MC, it may be possible to move everything from one system to another (completely replacing the podcast setup and files on the other machine).  Not sure which files would need to be moved though.

I think this might work...

Load your old library and delete everything except the podcast feeds and podcast files.

Load your new library and export it as xml.

Load your old library and import the xml from the previous step.

Your "old" library is now your "new" library.

If you've got your own webserver then set 'em up in a podcast of their own.

Related question. I have some podcasts of concerts that I have moved into My Music folder and change the genre to Rock. But they still appear in the Downloaded podcasts list. How can I remove them without deleting the files? After a while that list is going to get very long and hard to manage.
