Title: Lost Everything and Restore failing

Hi,

I had a massive system crash and lost all my registration info.  And now when I go to the restore page it says that it can't find my e-mail account in the database.  I only purchased Media Center about a month ago, and have the .mjr file still (which is useless now).  What can I do?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

It was a yahoo address (o......) but I've changed it to your forum address.

Thanks Jim, that worked.  The strange thing is I don't even have a yahoo address, so I don't really understand how that got in there, but it's working now and that's all that matters to me.  Thanks again.
