Title: License request sends blank emails

I was trying to put Media Center 12 on another computer.  When I emailed asking for a new registration  I received an email back like usual except that it was blank.  I tried it again and had the same result.  What gives?

I remember a Post That Matt Said Yesterday I Think They Are Making Some Changes In The Restore For The Next Few Days, Not Sure if It Is Related

I just tried it again and it worked.  However now I only have 7 restores left.  Can that number be corrected?
