Title: DVD No sound

Just installed Media Center 12 demo, put in a DVD movie and no sound.
Ripped the movie to hard drive and played still no sound.
it will play my mp3,mpeg, wmv,avi. Anyone have any ideas?

It's probably a problem with the DirectShow filters on your PC.  There is a link above for our Wiki.  In it, you'll find a page on DVD playback.  Check what it says about CCCP.  It usually solves the problem.
