Title: time warner cable (road runner music)

last night I signed up for rr music for like $15 a month from time warner cable and downloaded the program, where you actually listen and dl the music. 

when I click on play on a song

I get

"road runner music could not play the last few files.  please sign in to your road runner music account and try again.

any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

There should be a "Sign in" option when you start up.  Upper right?

yes I signed in and nothigs works as indicated in my last email.
