Title: error message during line-in recording

When I try to start line-in recording from a cassette, I get a window with the error message "Failed opening wave file".

What's the problem?

Check your settings for where temp files are stored.

Also, take a look at the line-in recording info under Help above.

What is your encoding type set to?  MP3?  Do you have the plugin?  Can you encode anything to that format.

More details will help.  Version of MJ, for example.
