Title: New Restore Key Received

My computer had a virus and had to be reformatted and I am in the process of reinstalling all my programs.
Ihave received my new restore key, but when I go to download the file and my computer will not recognize the attached link.... help... how do I restore my Jukebox Media program after I receive the new restore key??
