Title: search slowdown with 12.0.473 ?

I recently installed the most recent update and noticed that search times (i.e. typing something in the whole library search box and waiting for results) are noticeably slower than with the prior update.  (last time I updated was about a 1.5 months ago)

Anyone else experiences this?

Searching a library should take less than a second with most computers.  If it takes a lot longer, something may be wrong.  However, I'm not aware of anything in the player that changed in this area.

Is it possible the player is building thumbnails, importing files, or doing some other background task?  Could you system have changed?
