Title: ipod conversion

I rip my cd's into MC12 as a single flac file and convert them to mp3's when i transfer them to my ipod video.  However with the most recent MC12 and ipod versions it's only transferring the first track even though the others file names (cues) show up on the ipod.  I have the options set to 1 conversion at a time time and normal.

Any suggestions?
