If I would like to install MJ on my girlfriends computer, she lives with me, does this require a second license?

You can install with your license for 14 days after that you have to buy a new license

I mean: Is it legal to install 2 copies of MJ _and_ using both the same time? Or does this require a second license?

Buying: I thought I have x reactivations per year? That would include the "installation" of a second copy after 14 days, right?
