Title: media center tries to open unwanted jpgs

sometimes when i do google image searches, or someone sends me a link to a facebook image (.jpg) over an instant message client and i click the hyperlink, instead of the image loading up in my browser as desired, media center 12 tries to open it. any way to direct this behavior back to browser?

That's really about "file associations".  You could try a google search.

They can be set by each program or by using Windows Explorer.  They can conflict if you're not careful.
