Title: [FEATURE IMPROVEMENT REQUEST] Favorites working with UNC paths

I cannot get a UNC path to function when added to a navigation Favorite.  It can be added, but it will never display the location.  I use UNC to avoid messiness that is caused by using mapped locations, but getting to the file directory by drilling down through Drives and Devices every time is painful.  I was able to create a View Scheme to this path so not all is lost, but I suspect that's not the most intuitive approach for most users.

It would also be nice if there was a address bar under Drives and Devices to directly type in an explicit path.

Also, using a view scheme is really not a replacement for the Drives and Devices folder tree because disk operation functionality is limited.  Under a Disk Location view scheme, you can't rename or drag move folders or files between folders.
