Hi all-
Haven't had MC12 all that long but am having a repeated problem with I try to start the program (either from shortcut icon or Windows pgm list/menu) where it says: MC key component failed to load product info file. There is also a specific error which says: data/default/ resources/options.xml.
Then there is an instruction to reinstall MC under the core user which I've done and the program works for a few days or a week, then the problem resurfaces. Has anyone else had this and if so, how they
corrected it? Any ideas would be most welcome. Other than this, I love it!
