Title: 35 Images are synced over and over again

I have 10.000+ pictures synced with my iPod classic.
Each time i sync (i.e. for new songs) the same 35 images are queued for sync.
And each time they are synced and are available on the iPod.
If i click 'check sync' directly after I finished a sync, the same 35 images are in the que again.

Does anybody now why this is happening??

Are you converting the images?

Is it possible they have the same file name as 35 other images? We match images on name and size so if another file has the same name it could this problem?

YES! 35 of my 10.000+ images have duplicate names in total different directories.
I guess this happens a lot because of automatic numbering by the camera.
These turned out to be pictures I got from a friend.
