Today the last article in my current HDPC series for the Norwegian website www.hardware.no came live, and this time I'm doing everything except for Blu-ray and HD-DVD in MC. Here's the first page about why I chose to let MC fly solo this time (sorry, no translation): http://www.hardware.no/artikler/mastiff_lager_hdpc_-_del_3/51782/4
And one with pretty pictures: http://www.hardware.no/artikler/mastiff_lager_hdpc_-_del_3/51782/6
Basically it can now do everything except Blu-ray well enough to be the only necessary media player in a system (with the much improved FFDShow and similar support and the new renderers), and that's something that haven't happened in my systems yet. Congratulations, guys! Good work! ;D

Thanks, Tor. We owe you for being so demanding (but nice about it)!
We remain at your service. Just ask and ye will receive.

Thank you very much, Jim! I did get your original wording in the E-mail about the thread, btw... ;) And believe me, I don't mind that one either!

And as usual its very funny to let google translate:
http://www.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hardware.no%2Fartikler%2Fmastiff_lager_hdpc_-_del_3%2F51782&hl=en&ie=UTF8&sl=no&tl=en (http://www.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.hardware.no%2Fartikler%2Fmastiff_lager_hdpc_-_del_3%2F51782&hl=en&ie=UTF8&sl=no&tl=en)
My favorite is the Norwegian saying: "the dead agree, the other's bread." ;)
Luckily, it makes a lot more sense before the "translation". Lets hope this brings some new users(the original article, not the translation).

Hey, I work as a TV/DVD translator/subtitler! You can bet that I'm glad the computer translations still are useless, so I won't get replaced by a computer next week! ;) And for Norwegian challenged, the real meaning of the saying is something like "one's loss is another's gain". :D
