Title: How Do I get a "new" sticker?

I give up and am going to post a stupid question.  I just can't stand it!  After 100 posts, I still can't figure out why I never seem to get one of those "new" stickers on my new posts.  I know I am being stupid and shouldn't ask and reveal my stupidity, but I just can't stand not knowing why I am not "new."

but, that you did not see it, is because the post is not new for you. you just made it.
