Title: Chapter in OSD

Chapter in the OSD lags behind, just as I recall the equalizer doing.  It seems to get set to the previously selected chapter.  I would appreciate a fix if time allows.

It does not immediately change to reflect your action. If you move away from it and come back, I believe it is updated.

Any chance of fixing this?  It seems less than highly desirable.
