Title: Error restoring

 ? I purchased your product and was upgraded, after the 30 days expired for the trial the product disappeared. When I enter the license number to restore an error message occurs saying license not found. I double checked the number by e-mail and the number was correct. What is the problem?

It's possible that the license is not for the version you're using.
