Title: Change Email address

Hi,  

I purchased Media Jukebox version 7 and have upgraded to 8.  I need to change my email address.  I tried both Version 7 and version 8 in the Price, Payment Etc. Every time I enter my old email address I get a message saying it can't be found.  I also tried to enter the code from the license but they say it's not right.  I know they have my email address because I just got an upgrade notice from them.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mary,
Just go to the downloads page and start another download, and check the box for updates.  That will addd your e-mail address.  You can then cancel.
