Title: Sansa clip

I bought a Sansa clip to use at the gym.  I notice that it isn't uploading number of plays info back into MC12.  Is this feature incompatible with the Sansa clip? Thanks for any help with this in advance.

Most devices don't accommodate that functionality very well. We'll double-check what we're doing to see if we can do a better job...
