Title: Reinstalling software.Restore

Hi!

I had to reinstall WindowsXP, a clean install.
I went to the page where you enter your email to be mailed a code to type in, it says address uknown, or rather we don't have that address.

My profile reads the right email address unless that
has nothing to do with reinstalling and I used an old address.

I did change from attbi.com to verizon.net (DSL).
My email is brice@weddleton.net, could I be helped in this situation?

I just tested the attbi.com address and it says it doesn't have that license either, I'm certain I used weddleton.net...

What version did you pay for? Whas it Media Jukebox 8 or 7? Version 8 licenses and higher can be retrieved using the restore page but version 7 cannot.

I have version 8 and was running ver 893 before
the reinstall.

I had to do this once before and it went fine.

Got it!

I went to e-mail address and changed it then the code was sent to me, strang though, when I entered it in the restore license it couldn't find the attbi.com license.
