Can you screen shot the error message?  You don't login to media center so it is a bit confusing.  Got any weird plugins?

Error message says:

Media Center

Media Centre has encountered a problem and needs to close.

More info reads:

AppName: media centre 12.exe       AppVer:  12.0.487.0 ModName: nevideohd.ax
ModVer: 4.6.15.0   Offset 00008b89

Have tried to copy error report contents or locate file which it says bhas been created but with no luck.

Try installing build 515 from the top of this board.

Also, it says "nevideohd.ax" is crashing.  That is not a JRiver component.  You might try renaming or unregistering it as a test. (regsvr32.exe /u nevideohd.ax)
