Title: Auto-tag linked to folder name

I know its been discussed, well not this exactly, but related ideas, and I think it would be a useful feature. Maybe MC could be set to not just monitor folders for import, but auto-tag any files copied into folders.

I commonly maintain good folder naming and structure out of habit, and it would be great if 'Screenshots' or 'Our Photos', when copied from SD card or saved to disk, could be auto-tagged.

The user could link the folder name to one specified tag field (in my case Genre); maybe sub-folders could then be set to another chosen tag.

Thoughts?

My thoughts have often drifted kinda this way.

When I import images, I always need to to a fill props from filename, which catch the folder name and do [Year] - [Album] diversion on it.
If we could set up sets with filters, that would be quite nifty.
