Title: builds 518 and 519 won't sync to touch at all, build 512 ok

518 and 519 incorrectly indicate there isn't enough free space.
512 syncs fine.

More recent builds purposely allow more room.  Database, etc.

The current build (519) is the one indicating insufficient space in the logfile and when it shows finished, there are no songs or playlists on the ipod.
This is starting with an empty ipod and only syncing 10 songs.

Build 512 properly transfers and everything ends up on the ipod properly.
