My Music folder is very organized in explorer.
My Music folder is setup like this:
-My Music
-[Artist Name]
-LP -Bootlegs -EP
-[Album Name]
Is there a way to make the library in MC12 the same? or at least sort it by folder location (like in WMP 11)?

Not sure what you mean.
If you want to see it that way in MC, explore the options for editing view schemes.
If you want MC to move files, right click on a few and choose Library Tools/Move, Copy, Rename.

I just pretty much just want the library to sort everything by folder location.
here's something to give the gist of how I wanted it sorted:

Take a look under Drives and Devices in the tree, then My Computer.

You can click the "Filename" field to sort by path.
You can make a view scheme that allows you to browse by path (see Audio\Disk Location in the tree for a sample).

Couldn't you tag your comments field using that well organized folder structure and use the tags to sort.
Library Tools>Fill Properties From Filename>Directories
Practice on one file.
I'd actually create a custom field which could then be set as a multi-value field (thanks MusicHawk!).
So, [Media Format] or maybe [Album Type] could then be set as EP;LP if you have copies of the same album on different media.
Tags offer I lot mor ein the way of sorting. You could end up with album Tile views for example that show all albums at once but ordered by the groups, EP, LP, etc.
Disk Location will, however, allow you to mimic the Explorer structure in MC.
