Title: ipod sync issue - items not in sync list not deleting on sync

songs that are deleted from my hard drive and not in any of my sync items list are not being deleted from my ipod.  Any suggestions before I delete it all and re-sync?

there's a checkbox in the options for the device that specify to delete them or not.
probably got unchecked.
If it's checked and you still have orphans on the device, then I'd do an initialize and resync.
