Title: PlayLists

I have an external hard drive ( USB ) . with 200 concerts, ripped to a named folder, according to the Artist with an audio_ts and a video_ts folder for each separate artist.

1. how are playlists made,

2. can I select individual tracks from different artists and create a playlist from these

any help / insight on this would be appreciated

You can make playlists in Media Center by dragging files to the Action Window "Build Playlist" icon or to "Playlists" in the tree.  You can put whatever files you like in them.

Playlist import / export is possible from the File menu.
