Hi,
I'm thingking of books and lectures. At some point I will get a portable MP3 player and wonder if any/most/all of them play MP3
files encoded at 64KB/s 22Khz. I have many tapes that I want to convert.
I noticed that going to mono does not save any on file size.

This should not be a problem, but you may want to double check with the manufacturer of whatever MP3 player you are going to purchase just to be sure.
