Hello All, It's been a while since I've showed my presence here, just busy I guess. I haven't transferred one LP in months; it is cycle weather so I'm out riding or working.
Ok, I do live concert video and would love to incorporate some of the visual effects I get with MC-12. Is it possible with live music? If so, how?
Yeah, first I'll have to get audio into the computer and of course, get the video out; all that's no problem. Now, how do I get MC-12 to react to live audio, not recorded sound?
Geez, there seems to have been many changes since I've been here last, looks good.
I'd appreciate any info, Thanks...s2s

I'm not sure how you could do that.
We would need an input plugin that provides the data from the line-in on the soundcard. However, the buffering of the playback engine would cause a time delay (or a new mode in the playback system).
Sorry we don't have a better answer.

Soundspectrum's G-Force can do it (in addition to Whitecap and all his other visualizers). They provide a Standalone app that can react to any sound on the system, including line-in audio. Works great.
Would be pretty sweet if MC could handle line-in audio, actually....
