Title: iPod Touch and 2.0.1 FW
Post by: neFAST on August 11, 2008, 04:08:48 pm
I just upgraded to 2.0.1 and I wonder if the latest build support this firmware. MC told me that my iPod has to be initialized but before letting it wiping everything, I would like to know if there is any chance it will work.

I'm just waiting with my mouse over the "ok" button. Should I click?

No.  You'll need to wait until version 13 is released.
Staff have stated due to the massive changes required (thanks Jobs, big thumbs up there for ya) by apple, there is no way support is going to make it into version 12.

Ok, thanks for that clarification.
If you need any iTouch owner in the beta team, let me know!  ;)
