Title: Unwanted second comment field

Greetings all,

First post here so be gentle.  :)

Somehow I have ended up with a lot of MP3s with two comment (COMM) fields in the physical ID3v2 tag:

ID3v2.3 Tag: (13386 bytes)
  ...
  COMM (Comments):
  COMM (Tool Name): Media Center
  COMM (Tool Version): 12.0.530
  COMM (Date): 18264
  COMM (Intensity): 2
  COMM (Comments): Aníbal Troilo   <---- UNWANTED

If I edit out the "Comments" field in the editor it blanks the first COMM (as shown above), but the second stays unchanged. How do I get rid of the second COMM field without deleting the whole tag?

There seem to be quite a lot of taggin problems in the current build. I've seen duplicate "Year" tags, among other strange things. More info can be found in this (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=47930.0) thread.
