Title: Plesae wait, saving tag changes

Can anyone here tell me why I am getting this message when I exit Media Center 12? What is troubling me is not only the delay in closing the program, but the fact that I haven't changed any MP3 tags. It tells me that is saving hundreds of files. What changes can it be saving? All that I have done is to play a couple MP3s. By the way, the operating system is Vista Ultimate SP1.

It could be caused by the "analyze audio" and "get cover art" auto-import options if you have them enabled. Both save tag changes to the files by default.

If MC has recently imported a lot of files you may have a big tagging queue running in the background.

Tools > Auto Import Options > Options ...

The cover art location/storing options are in Tools > Options > File Location > Cover Art...
