Title: Registering Media Center After Purchase

Can Anyone Tell Me The Answer To The Following Problem?  I have just purchased the latest copy of JRiver Media Center 12.54 I don't seem to be able to register and the program is still stating UNREGISTERED and that I have 29 days left to run it. This is what is showing when I click on "Help" and then click on Registration Info.
Or can anyone tell me if it is possible to contact JRiver abou this problem They dont seem to have a contact e-mail address.
