Title: iPod Touch old firmware (1.1.5) isn't detected with MC 12 or 13

Hi,

I have the touch and was able to sync music from MC12 since I've had it (even though coverart wasn't synched) however just lately MC12 or 13 no longer even detect the ipod touch... even though iTunes 8 does (was the iTunes 8 upgrade the reason perhaps)?

I also don't see the iPod in the Windows Explorer tree, although I'm not sure if it ever has shown up there or not.

The builds of MC I'm currently running are v12.0.533 and v13.0.36.

Hi there,

I have the exact same problem.

Unfortunately, the popularity of MC seems to have resulted many posts being simply ignored.  One would have thought otherwise but it seems that a lot of people out there read and ask for help, but very few help them out.

Maybe time for MC to hire a support staff!!!
