Title: cant restore license as I dont have that email address - what to do

hi,

I've a problem with my license... I originally registered v11 and then paid for an upgrade with paypal.

Now I've rebuilt my pc and I'm trying to restore the registration but I cant.. I tried entering the paypal transaction id but it says "We could not authenticate your transaction."  I've tried all the email addresses I have but none work.  The email address I originally used for the purchase of mc11 I no longer have access to.

(I'm not sure, should I enter my transaction details in this post for someone in support to find my details?)

Please can someone help/advise what to do.

You should have received a Registration Code from buy-button at jriver by email.  You can use that to restore.   More info is in our Wiki (link above) under "Purchase".

thanks for the update.  i've checked my emails and I found the ones for mc11 but I can't see the one for mc12.  I think at that time I didn't receive because that email account is/was closed. I've not used MC for a few months and I'm sure I've not successfully registered mc12 so probably have never had the email.

is there a way I can change from my old email address to new and then receive it?

I've changed your e-mail address to the one you use on the forum.  You can have our server e-mail you the licenses again.
