Title: video file volume leveling

i no volume leveling is a feature found in dsp studio. but it only works with audio files. is there a way to apply either manal or auto leveling of volume to video files. as can be shock to speaketrs and listener  when playing back files sourced from different media sources ie phone files , dvd files , files from tv.
