Post by: maid on October 02, 2008, 06:21:02 pm
Help,

I did a registry clean up and now my avi movies are jumpy.

What should I do?

I did a restore and it did not help

Cheers

It could be in the DirectShow area.  Try the DirectShow topic in our wiki.  Link above.  Search for CCCP.

In DirectShow settings for MC, you can also change the renderer.  That could be a factor.

Thankyou.

Just thought I would mention everything plays fine in windows media player.

If I try with MC the movie shuts of after a few seconds of jumpy playback.

Cheers

Hi again,

I think I have it figured but need help to fix it.

If I play a file from the HD with MC its fine.

If I try to play from the library it shuts down.

It is constantly trying to load the thumbnails.

I am using the the detail view with a small thumbnail.

Have I installed this correctly were should the jmd files be?

Cheers
