Hi there,
I have iTunes 8 (I know, probably a big mistake) and MC 12.0.534.
I also have the 2.0 firmware on the iPod Touch.
I made sure all iPod services/app are not running, started MC and then connected my iPod, and still nothing.
iTunes detects it without problem but not MC.
Can you guys help? I simply cannot imagine a world where I'll have to use piece-of-crap iTunes that can't even synch properly half the files in a playlist and that keeps crashing on me. Someone ought to teach Apple a lesson.
Regards,
Melkiades

Sorry. We can't. Please let Apple know what you think.

I don't think Apple would give a toss. They already have melkiades' cash, and I can't imagine they'd offer a refund because the customer doesn't want to use iTunes.
On the other hand, I wouldn't mind a new iphone or ipod touch, but will not consider a purchase unless I can use without iTunes. I guess it's people like that that Apple needs to hear from...
I wonder how many of us there are out there...
