Title: Video Artifacts: Faint, slow moving horizontal bars in grey/black areas
Post by: raldo on October 13, 2008, 12:54:16 pm
I'm using CCCP with the default ffdshow configuration.

When enabelling "Use Windows Media Player engine..." the black/grey parts show no faint, slow moving horizontal bars.

Any ideas?

Maybe you could try different renderers -- EVR, VMR, etc.  You can pick them in Options > Playback > DirectShow playback settings...

Yup, that did the trick (Legacy renderer).
