Title: Darker Background for Mega Skins

There are many top looking skins aviable, but i like a darker background (e. g. thunderstorm or Windows media 10) than the original skins.
I've tried to tweak the main.xml file but i don't find the right entry in the list.
Can anyone give me an example how to change the background color ?
I want to use 2 different colours per column. One a little bit brighter than the other.
How can i see which code is for which colour  ??, because the colours should match the skin.

Try PixOS with a negative effect.  One of my favorites.
