Title: rebuild library

is it possible to delete the current entries of the library and start again? I do not care for the library entries since I am in the process of organizing the music files and as such, things are being moved/deleted.

I have been looking at the settings and other options but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Why not just do your organizing IN MC12.  You can move/rename/delete the files from inside MC12, using playlists/views/smartlists/etc to help you find/group the data to delete/rename/move groups of it at once.

But to answer your question, yes you can delete from and the re-import the files to MC12.  Just make sure the option to re-import deleted files is checked.

You can also clear the library using the File->Library->Clear Library
