Title: MC13 Theater View Skin

In an attempt to figure out MC13 skinning, I reworked Blue Too... Here is Black & Blue for MC13.

I disabled the background animation. If you want to enable it, just go into the main.xml file and uncomment the <ANIMATION> tag.

I used the animated rotating cube for icons, but I might make one with the original icons if there's an interest in it.
