Title: More files on iPod than Desktop

I noticed that I have 6042 files in Media Center on my desktop but my iPod reports 6436 files. 

How can I find the files which exist on the iPod and not on the Desktop?

Well, you could configure Media Center to sync all AND delete files not in sync.

When you look at the iPod after that, the status column will mark files that it plans to delete.

Of course, don't do the sync unless you want the files deleted.
