Title: Customizable toolbar
Post by: Shotgun2 on July 24, 2002, 05:32:59 am
I sent the following note the other day but couldn't find any answer.

I used to have a customizable toolbar, but no longer. First time I've ever had problems with the toolbar. Looked at FAQ, Help file, and searched toolbar.
Could you please point me in the right direction to get my customizable tookbar back?

I've encountered the same situation as I install successive builds, probably starting 8-9 builds ago. Just resigned myself to reformatting through Options>Tree and View Settings>Customize. Don't know where the settings are being stored, but they seem to be wiped out even when the new build is installed over the existing build.

Any thoughts, JRiver?

I was unable to reproduce the problem.

Shotgun2,

To customize toolbar, right click anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize.

HArry The Hipster,

Are you uninstalling previous build of MJ before installing new?

You should be able to right click on the toolbar and customize it that way.  Try clicking in different spots.

There is also a little vertical bar for both the menu bar and the toolbar.  It can be dragged around to move each menu, so you can, for example, keep them both on the same level or stack one on top of the other.  You may have one of them hidden.
