Title: Customized and global hotkeys?

i know that Media Jukebox 12 has its own set of hotkeys, but the thing is:
1) those hotkeys are not very convenient for me, they're too far apart
2) they're not global, i want to control my playback while using other programs (with jukebox minimized to the tray)
could this be done? much appreciate your help
