Hi
I have changed my E Mail Address but because I don't know my password I am unable to change it in MC under My Profile. When I ask for a new password and write a password it tells me there is an error as there is no user name existing. This is very frustrating. This happened to me another time I changed my e mail address.
Please help.

I concur
Recently I was changing my email. During the process I was told that i would receive an email, but i never did (neither the new or the old email adress). After that i was unable to log in
now I am using a new user

It could be a spam filter on your PC or at your ISP. Those are getting to be a problem for us.
Send an email to bob at jriver with info on what you need changed.
We'll double check that it isn't our problem.
