Title: Align volume with Windows

Right now, Windows volume and MC13 volume are independent of each other. That is, if MC13 is the active window, the volume button will adjust just the MC13 volume. If it isn't, then the volume button will adjust the Windows volume for the whole computer. I want them to align. Is there a way to do this?

Click on the speaker icon shown at the left of the volume slider, and select "system volume." This is with Noire skin -- may be different with others.
