Title: Is there a way to see "Seq" for smartlists?

I have a smartlist of songs rated 3+ stars. This is the playlist that I sync to my iPod. Is there a way that I can sort these files by the date that I rated them on?

As a followup question to this (and this might actually be more desirable for me), is there a way to automatically send a file to a specific playlist (not smartlist) upon rating the song?

Only by using modify date I would guess. But this will affect any changes, not only rating...
