I have a 4GB cowon D2 with a 16GB SDHC card. Every time I sync, MC13 says 'delete on sync' for almost every file on the SDHC card (I can find no pattern to the ones it wants to keep). By almost all I mean at least half, maybe two-thirds of all songs/pictures. It then, of course, wants to put every one of those same files in the queue to be put right back on the card! I've done this 2 or 3 times this week and it is always the same. The 4GB internal works perfectly, by the way. It's only the SD card that has issues. I thought maybe it was just SAYING that in the Action Window, but it actually DOES this if I run the sync, because it takes 30 minutes or so to sync.

I have changed to MSC from MTP (or possibly vice-versa? I'm syncing right now, so I can't tell. 1.8 hours to go!). It apparently didn't matter, because it is resyncing almost everything again. I have noticed something else, though minor I must admit. JRiver creates m3u files, but Cowon only recognizes pla files, so JRiver does those as well(cool!). The dates of the m3u playlists appear correctly in the pane when I browse the PLAYLISTS folder on my cowon. But--all pla playlist files appear with a date or 7/7/2005 or 7/10/2005.

Did you try updating MC? The latest build is on the top of this board.
Have you double checked all your settings for the device in MC?
Did you try deleting the PLA files on the device?
